Reservations

To make a reservation, please use our system below. For parties of 8 or larger, please email us at thepawneemv@gmail.com.

Reservation policy and information:

We do have a full service bar and a few select tables available for walk ins, but our small dining room tends to fill up fast. Therefore we do recommend making a reservation.

Reservations can be made up to 4 weeks in advance. The cut off time for making a reservation on a given day/night is 1 hour before that particular service. After that, please call the restaurant to find out if there’s a table available.

Please try to arrive promptly. If you’re going to be late, kindly call us to let us know. Definitely allow for extra time to find parking in the busy summer months. We have a 15 minute grace period. After that, your table may be given away.

Please keep in mind that we do have time limits on our tables in order to more effectively accommodate all of our guests:

  • For dinner service, we have a 1 hour and 45 minute time limit on tables for 1 or 2 guests, 2 hour time limit on tables for 3 or 4 guests, 2 hr and 15 minute time limit on tables for 5 or 6 guests, and a 2 hour and 30 minute time limit on tables for 7 or larger.

  • For brunch service, we have a 1 hour time limit on tables for 1 or 2 guests, 1 hour and 15 minute time limit on tables for 3 or 4 guests, and a 1 hour and 30 minute time limit on tables for 5 or larger.

We do require a credit card to hold a reservation. 24 hours notice is required for any modifications or cancellations to a reservation. A fee of $30 per person will be charged at the discretion of the Pawnee House for no shows or for cancellations within 24 hours if a replacement can not be found.
